Refund Policy

  • Opened items can not be returned to the refund, but the goods can be exchanged for the same price or higher (if the higher price should be directly paid by cash) on condition that no later than 5 days after the goods are received and the price tags still on the goods.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for replacement. Please keep all packaging materials.
  • Refund/Replacements are processed attire we receive your return. Please allow us 1 - 5 days to process returned packages.
